Inspired by the shirt worn by Jim Carrey in Ace Ventura: Pet Detective (1994).
Built around a scattered ink-mark print: small clusters of hot pink loops and black hatch strokes, each one drawn slightly differently, spaced wide across a plain white ground. Nothing in the repeat depicts anything — it works purely as mark-making, which is why it sits so far outside what a Hawaiian shirt normally does. Printed edge to edge — the pattern runs across the collar, the sleeves and the back.

Cut from a lightweight 95% polyester / 5% spandex weave with an open Cuban collar, short sleeves and a relaxed body. Dye-sublimated so the print sits in the fibre rather than on top of it — no surface texture, no cracking. Finished with a straight hem, a clean chest and off-white buttons. A small TropiScene mark hidden in the artwork.
