Screen Accurate RAOUL DUKE Yellow Floral Shirt

Inspired by the shirt worn by Raoul Duke in Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas (1998).

Built around a two-tone cut-paper floral on black: broad sharp-petalled blooms in marigold and amber, with buds, leaves and a scatter of tiny flowers filling in behind them. The coverage runs dense enough that black and yellow hold near-equal weight, so the print reads as high contrast rather than as flowers on a dark ground. Printed edge to edge — the pattern runs across the collar, the sleeves and the back.

Worn for the whole drive out, and most of what came after. Best with sunglasses you have no intention of taking off.

Cut from a lightweight 95% polyester / 5% spandex weave with an open Cuban collar, short sleeves and a relaxed body. Dye-sublimated so the print sits in the fibre rather than on top of it — no surface texture, no cracking. Finished with a straight hem, a clean chest and off-white buttons. Finished with a small TropiScene mark hidden in the artwork.
